Autobahn Automotive

I had a great experience with Autobahn. Maddie was great and super helpful. She provided very regular updates on the progress of the service being done. They were able to get me in extremely fast and get to the root cause of my Jetta’s A/C issues. In just a couple of days (mainly due to part delays) I was back in the Jetta with no more issues. I’ll definitely be going back for any of my future service needs.

I am a first time client of Autobahn in Augusta. I took them for a test drive by having them do a simple oil change. The cost was slightly less than having a dealership do the job. The shop was easy to find. The staff politely greeted me as I walked in. My car was in the shop and being worked on within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The waiting area was clean and spacious. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience and the work they did. I will use them again.

Repairs were made with attention to detail, a couple of test drives, and an abundance of patience. The front staff and mechanics were polite, attentive, and dedicated to solving the problem. The VW drives smooth as water now and I’m happy with the costs, too. All in all, this is the place to go for your European make and models.

I had an excellent experience with Autobahn Automotive. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They took the time to send me quote over a text and explain the repairs needed, completed the work promptly, and kept me informed throughout the process. When I checked the vehicle once service was done, we had found coolant was not topped off and informed the receptionist and she helped with the issue immediately and resolved it. It’s refreshing to find an automotive shop that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about its customers. My vehicle is running great, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. I highly recommend Autobahn Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional auto service!

Took my MK6 GTI in for some ECU-related issues and had a great experience. Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he pointed me in the right direction to get my ECU flashed back to factory settings. Maddie was awesome as well — very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. Customer service was excellent all around. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again once everything is sorted out!
